API and AFPM jointly host this twice-yearly symposium, where refiners and petrochemical operators present lessons from incidents and near misses and share safe operating practices. It’s open only to refining and petrochemical operating companies: operations leaders, plant O&M managers, and PSM and safety staff. Registration after Oct. 9 is $400 for API/AFPM members and $500 for non-members.
